Ok, so for those who have read issue #2, you would know what I'm talking about there. For those who haven't, I sugges you look away. NOW!!
Buffy and Xander - yes or no to them getting together? After that dream Buffy had, it seems possible that it would happen. Unless Joss is one evil man and loves to torture his fans (which he is famous for). 
For me, I don't like it and I'm against - unless I'm proven that this is a good thing and enough evidence is shown that it's possible for them to get together after all these years.
Like I said in the Issue #2 thread, I feel that this is very out of character for both Buffy and Xander. There were never any feelings towards Xander and Buffy did reject Xander so I don't understand why she's dreaming about him that way. And Xander moved on with Anya!
I like their brother/siser relationship and I hate to see it get ruined if they get into a couple-y relationship.
So how about you? Do you want them to get together or not? If yes, why?!

I don't want it to happen as well. I liked them more as friends, their friendship is very beautiful and having them getting together will ruin how special their relationship is.
It's been a year and a half since Chosen, who knows what must have happened all these years? Maybe Xander and Buffy had a lousy drunken night mourning the loss of Anya and Spike and used each other for comfort, maybe Buffy dreamed about kissing Xander because she misses sex and he's the only man around...

 I hope it's the second one.
It's kinda like Angel and Cordelia. I love their friendship but when they started to fall in love, that special thing that made them such good friends was gone. I can see it happening to Buffy and Xander as well if this ever comes true.

I am so glad that other people don't like Cangel for the same reasons as mine. I just found it... idiotic to ruin such a great friendship. However, I have to say that their relationship probably developed in the most believable way and I can see why the writers decided to make them lovers. Even then, I prefered them as friends much, much more.
The case of Buffy and Xander is similar to Angel and Cordelia. Why would anyone ever want to see them together? I think over the years, the writers have taken extra effort to make Buffy's point of view on her relationship with Xander pretty clear. Restless, anyone? Why Joss would want to go into another direction (if that is, indeed, what is happening) is beyond me, and I shall end up detesting him if he does choose to go in this direction.
And well.... doesn't Bander sound even weirder than Bangel? It reminds of geese for some reason...

The thing is, why even make them lovers? Why can't they just remain friends.
It bugs me that a girl and a guy can't stay friends. The writes always have to push for the lovers angle. I thought Buffy and Xander would survive being just friends but apparently, it doesn't look like it.

I agree. It's one of the reason why I think having Bander to happen is so out of character.

I wouldn't be against Xander and Buffy too much but like you guys, I am afraid that we'll have another Cangel again, and just like you I love Angel and Cordelia friendship but I think that them together was just a misunderstood of them working every days together... anyway returning to Buffy and Xander, I'll wait to see what JW is cooking for you. He has a special way to make believing stuff that it would make no sense for the others.
Anyway I don't think that Buffy's love interested in this issue it's Xander. JW gave us too many hints to it, so probably she'll receives her kiss from Riley or Giles himself

| I don't think that Spike or Angel will be involved too much. Their rights belong to another comic house so I while I think that they'll be mentioned or even they'll do an apparaence I donět think that they'll be involved with Buffy again... or at the least I hope... 7 years moping after her should be enough for everyone

I wouldn't mind if it's Riley. It would be a nice surprise if it was him. But I don't think so. His dressing isn't very Riley-like. Some people think that it might be Dracula, which I think it's so far-fetched.
Anyway, back on topic. Erm...no Bander!!

I will die if it turns out to be Andrew or if he's involved somehow. Now THAT should be fun, although I highly doubt Joss is going to do something along these lines. It would be too cheesy. Riley would be nice to see. I'm with Farah on this one - it'll be really great if all us Bangel *ahem* and Spangel fans are thrown away by something totally unexpected like the person being Riley. Just as long as it's not Bander! GAH I hate saying Bander already... 
Dracula sounds too far-fetched. I hope Joss isn't going to do something that will have no relevance to the on-going arc. Isn't the new issue coming out on Wednesday?

Yup. Issue #3 is out this Wed. I've alreayd spoiled myself and I hate myself for it.

I have sworn not to read a single spoiler regarding the comics and up until you told me, I wasn't even aware that comic-book-spoilers even existed. I was such a spoiler junkie when the shows were on air. I have decided not to spoil myself at all this time, which is something I have been miserably failing at when it concerns Grey's. It's not that I make an effort to search for them; inconsiderate people keep throwing them at my face.
