Hello there and welcome to the second fanart challenge of Frozen Memories. This challenge is about something we are all familiar with: The Good Fight.
"If nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do." These words ring true in all aspects of life, regardless of super strength, advanced healing, what have you. Sometimes it all seems pointless and yet the fight continues. I want you guys to show me an example of a time when you felt inspired by someones hope, and ability to keep going, to keep fighting, to stay brave regardless of being beaten to the ground physically, emotionally, or both. Champions don't have to be strong, immortal, geniuses, or a supernatural being. They continue trying, and this is true heroism.

I had to do a GG entry, so that I did.
Dragonfly
1024
Explanation:Lorelai's fight to open her own inn, none the less to get the Dragonfly, she has gone through so much. She was beaten to the ground mentally numerous times both financially and doing mostly everything on her own. She had gone through this fight for over 18 years and she finally came out on top. The pic of the Dragonfly (pre-reconstruction) is in the background from when Lorelai first laid eyes on it.
So yeah, I hope this counts and that others will enter because come on, this is a great one and brings lotsa inspiration.

okay the challenge is obviously closed, we need to be able to sorta advertise them more, but i digress. since there aren't enough entries to have places and such i will still go ahead and make special awards for those of you who entered

Hey guys, I'm so sorry it took me so long with this. I moved into a new place, started a new job, didn't have the internet for a bit. everything has been nonstop chaos. Anyway, here are your awards. Thanks so much to thos eof you who entered, once this forum gains more popularity I'm sure we'll see tons more entries
Joe, this piece was just gorgeous, the textures, the colors, even the choice of fonts were perfect. I love Lorelai and I can see why you chose her as your subject.
Amy, you hit the concept of the challenge right on the head. Perfect choice of scene and of a time someone get kept fighting after being beaten down
Again, I'm sorry I'm late with the awards, you guys did a great job.
