Ok, I'm completely in love with this show.

It has awesome characters, great plot, superb writing and mind-blowing acting from the actors.

Anyone here a fan of the show? I'm dying to discuss about season 3!

Forever MerDer! They just rock together. The last episode that I watched where McDreamy and Meredith are in the elevator, and McDreamy comes up to Meredith and is about to hug her from the back was just so amazing. The two have amazing on-screen chemistry.

Addison makes it hard to hate her but I didn't like the fact that they had to break up because of her. I am willing to marry her, nonetheless!

She's just too amazing!

The first time Alex kissed Izzy was also great! Haven't seen yet how their relationship is going to work out but that scene would make anyone an Alzy (?) shipper!

I'm really not a Meredith/Derrick shipper at all.

I don't relate to their relationship and don't find it interesting...
But what I really am interested in , is Kristina/Burke relationship.. IT's really HOT!

I love their interactions, their fights, bitter silence. Everything about them is sexy and interesting.

I am not gonna go to more details, cause Obviously It will spoilery,so I'll be quiet.

I'm with the MerDer boring people....I just got SOOOO turned off it once Season 3 began...and then pulling McVet into it? *sighs*

I really really wanna see George/Izzy..but people seem to like the whole brother/sister dynamic thing they have. I think they would be great together, but at the same time I really like Callie/George. They are just so fun to watch. I fell in love with Callie the moment I saw her, she is so awesome.

Cristina and Burkes relationship in season 3 has become not really a couple but more...I don't know how to word it...I don't wanna say epic, but there is just something there. Those two are just meant for each other, like I can see them growing old together.

I also really like the relationship that Meredeth and Cristina has. When Mer called Cristina her only family my heart broke, those two are the best friends each other will ever have and I love them for it. It's never a dull moment with those two together

Right now...and it pains me to say this, seeing as it isn't my FAVORITE show, but it is definitely the best show on TV right now. I was hoping Veronica Mars would remain the best one to me, but GA has just be so amazing, it would be wrong of me not to say this.

The thing I find most appealing about Meredith is how screwed up her life is...and how unconsciously that's the way she likes it. I can relate to that a lot, though I am by no means as extreme as she is, lol.

Season 2 is finally here on DVD and I can't wait to get my hands on it. I missed GA when it was on today. First time it has happened!

Joe, I'm a little slow. I haven't seen ep 11 yet but that's the only one I haven't seen so far this season.

I'm for Izzie and George but I like their sibling relatship as well. Actually, I don't mind Izzie with anybody except Alex! I hate Alex. I just cannot stand him. He was such an ass in season 2 and till this moment, he hasn't done anything to make me like him.

I like Callie a lot and I think George and her make a really good couple. But I do feel that George entered the relationship a little too early.

Alex is someone I hated too when I first saw him, but that was the whole point, wasn't it? The writers did want us to hate him. I don't know what he's done in Season 2 that makes you hate him so much, Irene, but I'm guessing it must have been really horrible.

GAH I desperately need to get Season 2 on DVD! This show is too addictive!

Grey's Anatomy won the Golden Globe for BEST DRAMA!!! Weee!!!! So stoke about this!

Pretty disappointed that KH didn't win anything though. Oh well. I'm still happy.

Sadly, their win was overshadowed by Isaiah's Washington's stupidity in bringing up the whole gay slur incident with T.R Knight during their press interview.

The video shows the press interview with the cast after their win and it's when IW denies the gay slur. It also shows KH disappointment in IW denying that it happen.

Izzie and George may be best friends on-screen but the video shows that they are very much best friends off screen as well. I admire KH so much!

I hope that IW doesn't get into a lot of trouble for this. There are talks that Shonda Rhimes will get IW fired.

The big, talented cast made what GA is today. Without any of them, GA won't be the same.

Well, it's difficult to choose just one favourite character because you end up loving all of them. Yes, Irene, even Alex.

I love Addy. Kate Walsh is gorgeous and well... she's great. Is anyone here a big fan of her character as well or am I the only one? I surely can't be.

Oh, and Dana, there's even a spin-off in the works which should be airing in May. Make sure you're done with S2 and 3 really quick so that you can catch up.

So the verdict is in.. I'm screwed.. I'm officially a GA-addict.

How did this happen? When did this happen? How did this happen? No wait.. I already asked that. I remember it started with me spamming the forum with threads and in one asking why I should give this show a shot.

I remember thinking that I'd probably wouldn't care much because I'm so bored with ER (the other medical show.. hell, I've even become curious of House.. which is horrible because I can't stand the character that is House.. aaanyway) and this would just be another medical boring crapshow where they get cases, they fix cases, they move on, have some drama, be incestuase with eachother etc.. and then I sit down, watch the first episode.. and my sickness must be making me dilerious because the damn thing actually seemed really good. By the end of it I hated that I had to go to bed but looked forward to the other 8 episodes for the next day..

I watched the other 8 episodes and when it was over I couldn't believe I didn't have season 2 ready to watch. I had become a junkie within hours and now I couldn't get my next fix and I was litterally going mad trying to find every way possible to get my hands on the next season. I even called the videorental place (our version of blockbuster or whatever) and they only had it for sale which I don't have the money for AND when I buy it I don't want the dvd boxes (yes, they've divided up the second season into two boxes *sigh*) sold here.. I want the complete R1, which is cheaper. I already had the show in motion in another way but it would take DAYS before I could get my hands on the next episode.. I was climbing the walls. Then I realised that I could try and just divide the whole thing so I could get just a few episodes at a time.. that way it would be faster. I consoled myself with some 24 last night (never hurts to watch Keifer running around talking.. oh, sorry, got some drool *whipes*)

Aaanyway.. all this is turning into ramblings on a junkie. I still can't get past that I've fallen for this show. *mumble* stupid american tv writers for being so damn good at your job *mumble*

To conclude this ramble of a very sick person I've seen the first season and episodes 1-6 of the second and god how I love it.

I actually don't have a specific outspoke favourite.. or well, maybe. I mean I love Meredith as a drunk, and all the moments in season one with Dr McDreamy before she finally decided to go for it. God, it was hillarious! "Don't look at me like that!" "Like what?" "Like you've seen me naked" "*smirk*"

anyway. I love Meredith but I'm beginning to despise McDreamy. Bastard is just stringing her along.. I would love to have 5 minutes in the room with him *SMACK!*

I adore Izzy, she's so sweet and I love how she cares for her patients and she goes the extra mile for them. Her interaction with George is just SOOO funny. I loved the episode where she kept coming in when he was taking a shower, and in her panties. And then used his toothbrush every time. And George.. poor George.. the guy can't catch a break. First the 007 thing.. and then he became the syph-boy. Though I did love his attack on Alex when he found out he was the source of it all

I can't deside on Alex. I hate him with firery passion. And then he goes and gets all human around Izzy.. what the???

Cristina.. she's not my favourite but she's close. Sooo funny and she so non-human in her way.. kinda like Anya in btvs sometimes

But I love her and Burke together. So cute!

I wanna ship MerDer but I can't stand the Der part of it right now - sleezebag! *mumble*
I definitly ship Cristina/Burke (what are they called?) - they were even my first fanart from the show!

My least favourite is DEFINITLY Addy. Bitca!! (and you all are probably thinking "you say that now, but wait until...." right now

I heard about the spin-off. I'm aiming to see the entire second season this week if I can get it, and then see the third after that (duh!) so hopefully by mid-May I will be up to speed, perfectly for the spin-off, which btw - isn't Marti Noxon involved in that?

Yeah, Marti Noxon is going to be the showrunner of the new spinoff. It's called 'Private Practice'. I don't know whether the title has been registered or it's just tentative.

Personally, I don't want the writers to break up the awesome ensemble that they have because for the most part, that's what makes the show so great. Addison has great chemistry with all of the actors and I think I'll really miss that if she moves to Seattle. And as much as I like Kate Walsh, I'm not sure if she will be able to handle a show as the lead, but I have faith in her and her character. For her sake, I hope the show will work as well as GA (or even better).

I can't wait to see what the Season 3 finale has in store for us! No character deaths, I hope...

Nearly all - excepy Alex. Grr! - are my favourite characters. If I had to choose, I would say that my favourite characters are George, Izzie and Derek. And Meredith. And Bailey. Even Addison.

Even though Derek was such as ass for not telling Meredith about Addison, I still loved him in season 2. You can tell that he loves Meredith. And it doesn't hurt that he's gorgeous! Hehe. Oh, Dana. You might hate him now, but I think you'll hate him even more closer to the end of season 2.

I didn't like Addison in season 2 but I grew to love her in season 3. And now, she's one of my favourites.

My favourite ship is of course MerDer. I like Burktina (that's what they are called, Dana.

) but they got a little boring in season 3, in my opinion. MerDer will always have my heart.

ooo, Addison is leaving GA? FINALLY!!! *jumps around happily*
I really don't like her. She just rubs me the wrong way and I can't wait to get ridd of her.

So I finished watching episode 2x21 (been watching GA from about 10am this morning to.. well the time is now 11pm

) and I now know which character(s) are my favourite and what couple I'm a total shipper of. First off, character(s) - Izzy. The woman's got big cohoonas (sp???) and at the same time very sensitive. She cares. She loves christmas, she is an amazing doctor and she's just.. well, I love her

The other one is definitly George. Sure, his cohoonas isn't really that big most of the time but the guy's got heart and he gets these huntches and he, just like Izzy, really cares. I mean, look at what he did for Joe so that the guy wouldn't end up loosing his bar because of a stupid op. Sure he can be so irritatingly stubborn (the meredithsex - I get his reaction but it's gotten a bit irritating and I'm actually glad Alex went off on him like he did). The two people I hate is Addison and Alex. Alex has had his moments in the past which has made me soft for him but lately I just want to smack his head and kick him in the.. well, where it would hurt soooo badly. Addison has had one moment that I found her pretty funny, which was during the whole poison ivy (?) episode but other than that, can't stand the woman.

I'm a total Izzy/Denny junkie. I can't stand the guy on Supernatural and was looking forward to his death there but here.. MY GOD! I'm rooting for him to survive, to not die, to get a new heart and to end up with Izzy because damn he's definitly worthy of her (unlike other sleezy people we know *caugh*Alex*caugh*). I know it will probably end badly with him dying but.. god I hope not.

McDreamy. Well, yeah - hated his guts pretty much all the way through season 2 but now that I'm coming closer to the finale the guy is actually growing on me and he seems to be going back to that charming guy in season 1, which I'm glad about because I loved that guy. If only he'd dump that wife of his and finally make my head stop hurting from all this will they won't they MerDer stuff.

hmm.. Burktina.. doesn't sound good. Doesn't even roll off ones tongue well, it's like you have to make a stop between burk and tina.. should just be Burtina - now tell me that doesn't sound better when you say it out loud?

Ameer - you can't wait for the seaosn 3 finale, I can't wait for the season 2 finale. According to the radio here, that has been advertising this swedish band that had music in that finale, it was a big one. I'll probably end up caughing and crying.. won't I?

Everyone loves Izzie and Denny. Aren't they the greatest? I'm glad at least one ship got to be happy. I'm sure you'll love the finale, Dana, if you're an Iz/Denny shipper. It's nice to see Shonda isn't as saddistic as Joss.

Irene, I just watched half of Episode 11. I'm too far behind. My friend linked me to a site where I can watch the episodes as streaming videos but they load too slowly. I have Episodes 1-10 on my PC, but the rest... I know about all the things that have been happening. Gotta say, George is at his very best this season!

I never understood why McDreamy thought it was necessary to lie to Meredith about Addison. Well techinically, he didn't lie... he just didn't tell her, which I thought was very wrong. Then again, if he had been honest from the beginning, Meredith probably never would have gone out with him in the first place.

Among my favourite characters, I think I would also have to pick Richard. Though he may seem like one of the minor characters, I simply love him! He has his moments and the whole Ellis/him backstory is good stuff! I also find I love Callie more and more with every episode. Sometimes I feel like giving George a good kick up his ass, but then again, he has his issues too. I do feel, however, that he could treat her better. She's clearly fallen very hard for him.

Thank God I'm not alone in this ship of Denny/Izzie - btw, what are they called? - because, omg, they're so cute. When she's lying there (for the first time) next to him and he suddenly asks if it would be that wrong to feel her up. Bad boy he is!

The bomb episodes was amazing. They're definitly one of the best ideas the writers has had and omg, how many guest people didn't I recognise in those two episodes. And they blew one of 'em up. How could they? (well.. it was kinda given but still.. evil!) and then the scene with the singing and Izzie and Cristina taking care of Meredith. So amazing. Definitly two of the best episodes on the show so far!

On the brightside, Denny's death brought out the best performance from KH. She is just amazing in the first few eps of season 3 when Izzie moans for Denny. Absolutely amazing.

Yeah.. this was just cruel and horrible and.. god, poor Izzie.. I can't believe they did this to her. I just started crying like a baby when we first see Izzie just lying there next to him not willing to let him go or leave him.

I'm not suprised that it was Alex who got through to her. I really hate the guy but there is something there that makes them listen to eachother when it's really bad. I just cried my way through this and when she walked past Richard and Bailey and the rest. In her beautiful gown and it kinda made me think of a bride because the dress could have been white, and it would have been a wedding dress.. and the others walking behind her like maids of honors and ushers or whatever they're called.,. and she lost her groom.

I hate the writers. I do. If I lived over there I'd go home and kick their butts for what they did.

And the stupid cold made me caugh while I cried and I couldn't breath because of all that stupid flem.. gaah! Hate them!

GA is definitly going to find a home at PAAP and Chosen Art. I will not let it pass by and Denny and Izzie will always be my GA-Bangel...

I actuallly knew that Denny would be dying long before watching the finale. For some reason, GA spoilers seem to stalk me all around the net. *glares*

I have never hated McDreamy as much as when he's all annoyed at Meredith for dating McVet. I am so, SO glad that Meredith hit right back at him. He totally deserved it! I wish Addy would push him off a ferryboat every once in a while and make it look like an accident. That sleazy McBastard! (Heh heh, George got the best line of this season. Wouldn't you agree, Irene?

Oh I love that line, Ameer! I couldn't stop laughing when he said that. He makes a good Christina.

I knew they would kill Denny off - though my heart was praying that it wouldn't be so. But I was surprise he died after the surgery. I thought he would die when Izzie cut the LVAD wire or during the surgery itself. Never expected him to die after.

When he came out alive from the surgery and all ready to take Izzie to the prom, my heart was doing a little victory dance. So sad it didn't last.

I'm glad they had Denny die after the surgery and not after Izzie cut the LVAD. It's even sadder that way, although I was not a big fan of his death. For some reason, I was never a big Izzie/Denny shipper. My biggest problem with it was that Izzie hardly knew Denny outside the hospital and I guess, I would have gotten around to liking them together if we had gotten the chance to see them together as a couple outside the hospital.

I still say, however, that Denny's death is by far the saddest thing that ever happened on the show. I am getting a little scared about what Shonda has up her sleeve for the Season 3 finale...

For sure! Alex is an ass. I was watching a S2 eppy with Denny in it and ugh, I could've shot Alex myself. He was such a moron when it came to Izzie and Denny. I especially hated him when he vented his anger at George. He's such an insecure creep. I end up laughing at him half of the time for being such an incredible loser, lol.

Burke and Christina do give me the 'zzz's at times but they are still one of the best couples on the show. Isaiah and Sandra have such great on-screen chemistry.

ETA: Ooh, the Addy-centric two-parter is tonight! I cannot wait to see how it goes. Personally, I would prefer Addy to stay back on the show but I hope that the show will work, for Kate Walsh's sake at least.

Well.. I've broken in my new VISA today. I ordered season 1 of GA. First I had thought of getting the region 2 one because I ran into it in the store, but I noticed that it had very little extras to offer, and then I get online and find the region 1 version and there's more goodies and it turns out.. was much cheaper

Can't wait to get my hands on it. This show has really sucked me in (and I was doubting it's quality just weeks ago

) and it doesn't seem to wanna let me go. I think this show might actually be able to fill the empty void in me after GG is gone..

I'm surprised. I thought this blew over and everything was ok again. I guess things are not back to normal behind the scenes. It sucks cause I will definitely miss Burke. I hope it doesn't ruin the show though as I always believed that it's the big cast that made Grey's what it is today and without one of them, it just wouldn't be the same.

I read about this a few days ago. I'm actually not that suprised. Even if they show us that everything is ok and all, they've been dragging out the decision and there's been alot of rumours of him leaving, and in sweden there's a saying "no smoke without a fire".. the rumours had a fire.. we just didn't know about it just yet.

I'm sad to see burke go, considering how things ended last season. I wanted him to come back, to fix what he had done and stuff because Cristina had really come around and she didn't seem all that happy in her last scene of the season. I guess we're just gonna have to wait and see how this will benefit her character..

I will definitly miss Dr Burke. He was one of my favourites and as you said Irene, it won't be the same. Now things will really change with him gone and the evil ex-wife gone...
