Me, I stumbled upon an old classic last night while channelsurfing - Singin' in the Rain. I love the old classic musicals and I love watching Gene Kelly dance, the man was brilliant!

I actually wanted to watch that in the theaters but missed it.
I watched Serenity on HBO. Didn't know they were showing it so I caught the last half hour.

I just finished watching "The Killing Floor" with Marc Blucas in the lead. Pretty good, but the ending was predictable.

Went to see The Simpsons Movie last night. It was frickin' hilarious! I absoloutley loved it! Amazing job, simpsons writers! WOO!
Okay, Dana, I always thought Firefly sounded stupid, but, it WAS Joss and everyone that loved Buffy and Angel and VM and SV and SN, etc., etc., loved it, so I thought I could give it a try. It was never on TV, so I was like, "oh well, I'll just buy it." I'm not "oh well" anymore. I. AM. OBSESSED. On Sci-Fi channel, the other day, Firefly was on. "Our Mrs. Reynolds", speciffically. Oh. My. GOD! I LOVED IT! AMAZING!  It was....perfect. So, I'm buying Firefly tomorrow, either in store or from amazon, and then, pre-ordering the 2-disc Serenity DVD from Amazon Good job, Joss Maniacs!

I just finished watching ID4 - Independence Day. I love that movie and I finally got to see the "uncut" version, a few more minor scenes which was great seeing. Like Brent Spiner actually showing Jeff Goldbloom the inside of the ship they had from the 50s. "You're starting to make us look bad" Been a few years since I watched it last and I'm so happy I decided to see it again. Fantastic movie!

Saw Hairspray and Superbad on Tues and Wed respectively. Superbad was alright and Hairspray was surprising fun to watch. I'm not a fan of musicals so it's strange how I enjoyed Hairspray a lot. I recommend this movie to everyone.
