Worst Villian(s)For me, it's Adam. I love season 4, it's one of my favorites but I detest Adam and when I'm really tired of him I end up skipping the parts with him and his speeches. Another villain, or rather villains, that I don't like much is the Trio. But at the same time I do because unlike any other thing Buffy has come up against, these were just "regular" boys who got bored. Fighting humans is a different thing than fighting demons. Here the focus was jail, unlike death for the demons. But I still detested them. They got boring so many times and it felt like they just needed to spread some nerd around, since Willow wasn't so much of a nerd anymore and neither was Xander.
They could have been better at their evilness me thinks!
Also, The anointed one was just horribly lame! Spike had it right, he was the annoying one!

Agreeing with all you said, Dana! Adam can get VERY boring, but, overall, I thought he was good. It was a cool and interesting idea and his final plan was horribly brilliant, really. The Trio, I agree with you about them being good, because, really, they weren't anything Buffy knew how to deal with. They started as annoying kids that were messing around. Then, they stole. Two ended up in jail and one turned out to be a murder; killing a part of the scooby gang. Quite a drastic change, don't'cha think?
Anyways, my favorite was The First. I had a hard time deciding. The Master was cheesy but was good at times. The Annointed One was just a little boy, totally lame, and he just ordered people around! Was he really that great? Why the hell do you let him order you around anyways? You could punch him and that would be the end of it! But, The First was too lame, horribly thought out, and had MAJOR flaws in his plot. One, aren't Ubervamps supposed to be strong? Like, what about "Chosen"? Next, backstory? I mean, "Hi. We're Bringers. We came and still come out of nowhere and we have no eyes. How are you?" Like, REALLY! Who the hell are these guys!? I mean, the other minions in the series weren't totally ridiculous! Next, "Hi. I'm The First. I can't really do anything to you, so I'll just talk/laugh at you and bore you to death." Hey, it did do it once! (remembers "Get It Done" bad episode, btw) Anyways, I'll stop this rant now so it doesn't get into a Season 7 rant So, yeah, The First sucks.

Definitely Adam. For a show like Buffy, science would never work its magic and because Adam was too 'science orientated', it just didn't work.
Never really cared much for the Anointed One as I never really thought of him as a villian.
